Everything the room shipped last quarter, back to back. Eight demos, four minutes each, no slides. Members bring one guest — if someone sent you this link, that’s you. The next date goes to everyone registered below.
The format
Four minutes each, hard stop, terminal only.
Eight demos
Everything shipped since the last Demo Day. If it isn’t running, it doesn’t get a slot.
No slides
Screen share or nothing. The clock is visible and it does not get extended.
Two minutes of questions
After each demo. Guests can ask — most of the good questions come from them.
Recorded
Guests get the recording too, with the build page for anything that was demoed.
If you’re a guest
Three rules, and only one of them is strict.
You can watch
Camera off is fine. Nobody is going to make you introduce yourself.
You can ask
Ask the awkward one. “What did it cost?” and “what broke?” are the two the room likes most.
You can’t pitch
This is the strict one. No selling to the room, on the call or in the DMs afterwards. It’s the fastest way to never be invited back.
