Three formats. Nothing else on the calendar.
Two calls a month, each run for both time zones so neither is the second-class member. Presenting a teardown once a year is a condition of membership, not a favour.
1st Thursday
Teardown
One member, ninety minutes, their whole system on screen. Architecture, prompts, evals, the monthly bill. The room asks whatever it wants. This is where a build page gets its figures verified.
3rd Thursday
Workbench
Bring the thing that’s broken. Six people, one problem each, twelve minutes apiece. No slides — terminal only. If you have nothing broken, you take someone else’s.
Quarterly
Demo Day
Everything shipped since last quarter, back to back. Recorded. The only session a non-member can sit in — members bring one guest each.
Recordings
Every teardown is recorded and stays up.
Recordings live in the members’ Discord, alongside the architecture the presenter posts 48 hours ahead and the thread that comes out of it. The public build page carries the findings.
